All materials provided by The Creative Bridge — including but not limited to written content, templates, guides, workbooks, video sessions, recordings, testimonials, and emails — are the intellectual property of Just Shania LLC.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, share, sell, or exploit any of our content or materials for commercial gain without our express written permission.

5. Confidentiality

Both you and The Creative Bridge agree to maintain reasonable confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during consultations.

However, you acknowledge that no formal confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement (NDA) exists unless explicitly signed by both parties. We do not claim ownership of your creative materials, but you are responsible for protecting your intellectual property before sharing it.

6. Payments and No Refund Policy

All purchases made through The Creative Bridge are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to, all consultation bookings and digital service purchases. Once a session or product has been purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction with content, or perceived lack of results.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy and accept all financial responsibility associated with your purchase.

We reserve the right to modify the prices of our Services at any time without prior notice.

Any price changes will apply to future purchases only and will not affect Services already paid for or scheduled.

The most current pricing will always be displayed on our website or booking platform.

Promotional rates or discounts may be offered periodically at our discretion and are valid only for the time period specified.

7. Scheduling and Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule a consultation, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Missed or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) will be forfeited without refund. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate an alternate time if that occurs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Shania LLC, its affiliates, and representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from:

• Your use or inability to use the Services;

• Errors or omissions in the information provided;

• Any reliance placed on materials or advice from The Creative Bridge; or

• Unauthorized access to or use of our systems or your data.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.
