Rescheduling & Cancellations:
Reschedules or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any changes made within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of your consultation fee.Grace Period & No-Shows:
There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you do not arrive or make contact within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, the session will be considered a no-show, and your consultation fee will be forfeited.Late Arrivals:
