All services and digital products are delivered electronically. Digital downloads are accessed immediately after purchase. Consultations and script services are delivered via email and/or scheduled calls using the booking details you provide at checkout.
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don’t see it, please email General@justshania.com with the email address used at checkout and we’ll assist you.
Due to the nature of digital products and time-based services, all sales are final. Please review service descriptions carefully before purchasing. HERE

Consultations are 1:1 strategy sessions designed to help you gain clarity, direction, and next steps in your creative or professional journey. Each consultation has a specific focus (career strategy, development, etc.), which is outlined on the consultation details page.

Come prepared with:
- A clear goal for the session
- Specific questions or challenges
- Any relevant materials (resume, project summary, script link, etc.)
This ensures we use the full session time effectively.
- Reschedules or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Appointments canceled or missed within 24 hours are forfeited.
- There is a 15-minute grace period. After that, the session is considered a no-show.
- Any lateness will be deducted from your session time.
You’ll receive a follow-up email with next steps, resources, and suggested tools where applicable.

Please submit a shareable link (Google Drive or similar) and ensure access is enabled. Locked or restricted files may delay delivery.
You will receive:
- Written coverage and feedback
- A reviewed version of your script (if applicable)
- A link to schedule your 1-hour live script review call
- Turnaround times are estimates and may vary slightly based on volume:
  - Short Films: ~2 weeks
  - Pilot Episodes: ~3 weeks
  - Feature Films: ~1 month
Rush requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Please email general@justshania.com to request a rush order.

After purchase, you’ll receive immediate access via email or a download page. Be sure to make a copy of any templates before editing.
Google may occasionally default to View Only. Simply go to File → Make a Copy to save an editable version to your Drive.
Most downloads are designed for Google Workspace tools (Google Docs or Sheets). A free Google account is required.
Yes. You may reuse templates for your own projects, but redistribution or resale is not permitted.

If you experience technical issues:
1. Double-check access permissions
2. Confirm you’re logged into the correct Google account
3. Try making a fresh copy of the file
